April 9, 2026 – BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport Welcomes Return of Contour Airlines

Contour to Resume Flights to Macon, Georgia on June 9

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport today welcomed the announcement that Contour Airlines plans to start service on June 9. Contour will operate 10 weekly roundtrip flights between BWI Marshall and Middle Georgia Regional Airport.

The service offers additional efficient travel options for both business and leisure customers.”

According to Contour Airlines, the return to BWI Marshall Airport marks a highly anticipated move for the Macon community, reconnecting travelers with a popular and convenient gateway to the Mid-Atlantic region. Contour previously operated service between BWI Marshall and Macon from August 2017 to April 2025.

The new Contour service will operate daily, with additional frequencies on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
