Tanya Wojtulewicz is the Chief of Business Development & Management for the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA). MAA operates Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and Martin State Airport (MTN). She is responsible for Finance, Procurement, Commercial Management, Parking & Ground Transportation and Capital Programs & Financial Analysis. Tanya joined the Airport in 2015 and was instrumental in negotiating the 2019 Airline use & lease agreement generating over $1 billion in revenue. Most recently, she participated in the Airport‘s first revenue bonds issuance – February 2021, a refunding series $200 million, followed by a new money issuance in July of 2021 for BWI’s largest capital project – $425 million. For both issuances, BWI was highly rated and oversubscribed.
Tanya has over 20 years of financial experience in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining the Airport, Tanya was the Director of Contract Compliance for the Maryland Transit Administration. From 2000 to 2009, she was a property casualty actuary with Deloitte Consulting and taught high school mathematics from 1995 to 2000. For ten years, from 2009 to 2019, Tanya also taught mathematics at the local community college. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Marymount University.
