Effective July 1, 2025, Airport Lost and Found office is operated by Smarte Carte. To determine the most optimal hours to serve our passengers, Smarte Carte will operate the Lost and Found office 24/7 for the first 90 days.
The Lost and Found Office is located between American Airlines ticket counters and the exit to Concourse C on the Departures/Upper level of the terminal.

When submitting a Lost and Found claim, please be as descriptive as possible and include any unique identifying information that may help match your claim with unclaimed inventory. If your item has been located, office staff will contact you to arrange pick up/return of your item.

For items left at the security checkpoint areas:

The TSA Lost and Found office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (closed on federal holidays) and is located on the Lower Level of the terminal across from door #9 (Room CT109).
For items left on an aircraft or in a ticketing or boarding area:
Contact the airline on which you traveled.
For items left at one of the BWI Marshall Airport parking garages or parking lots:
Contact SP+ Parking – 410-859-9230.
