Restroom Renovations

An extensive overhaul of restroom facilities in several areas of the terminal was completed in April 2024. Passenger feedback has confirmed the project has delivered on its desired result of enhanced restrooms that improve the travel experience.

From a customer service perspective, we know that comfortable restrooms are a major priority. We regularly receive passenger feedback regarding the importance of clean, convenient restrooms.

The renovated restrooms across from Gates B2-B4 were recognized by Cintas Corporation as “America’s Best Restroom” shortly after opening in 2023.

Our enhanced restrooms are bright and spacious. The renovations feature a clean, modern design with contemporary materials and innovative smart technology. The improved facilities are larger, to improve passenger comfort and traffic circulation, while also increasing customer privacy. Passenger amenities include hooks for personal belongings, space for stowing roller bags, occupancy sensors for the toilet stalls, increased ventilation, and additional touchless technology.

Be sure to visit these new facilities during your next travel through Concourses B, C or D. We are confident that the enhanced restrooms will provide you a pleasant, safe experience.
