Lost & Found

For items left at the security checkpoint areas:
Contact the TSA Lost and Found office - 410-689-3620. The TSA Lost and Found office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm.

For items left on an aircraft or in a boarding area:
Contact the airline on which you traveled.

For items left on the BWI Marshall parking shuttle buses:
Contact the airport shuttle bus service - 410-684-3346.

For items left at one of the BWI Marshall parking garages or parking lots:
Contact Maryland Parking - 410-859-9230.

For items left in other areas:
Please contact the BWI Marshall Lost and Found office at 410-859-7387. You may also contact Lost and Found by sending an e-mail to maalostandfound@bwiairport.com.

The Lost & Found Office is located in the BWI Marshall Landside Operations Center between Concourse B & C on the upper level of the terminal. The BWI Marshall Lost and Found office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. All calls and e-mails will be returned.
