On the morning of Thursday, March 5, ticketing and check-in operations for United Airlines at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport will shift slightly, moving just across the lobby to the opposite side of the security checkpoint for Concourse D. The new United Airlines ticket counter will be located adjacent to Air Canada. Baggage claim for United Airlines will move to baggage belt number 10.
The shift of United Airlines operations will accommodate a number of forthcoming terminal improvement projects. Construction work on the BWI Marshall D/E Connector program will begin in coming weeks.
The move will not affect aircraft gate usage for United Airlines.
